Tate was looking through the window. The house has been empty. Thoughts about the past were invading his mind and making him feel hurt. The voice of his past was now calling his name but nothing about it interested Tate anymore. Not even the chance he had to see the light of the sun. Everything went down when Violet sent him away. The meaning of him being on earth, of this house and the trap that kept him captive here. Everything was nothing.
Tate looked around when the door behind him opened. It was Violet, the only light of his eyes. The only one he loved with his life, if he could call what he had a life. He gulped and stayed there waiting for her to say something. She looked so fragile and broken. All Tate wanted was to hug her tight, never letting her go. “Violet?” he asked when she said nothing, when she did nothing but to stare at him with watery eyes. “Is everything Okay?” he asked worried now. His voice was full of worry, he wanted to know what was happening.
